Position Summary: Ensureaccomplishment of FC (Fulfillment Center) Mission:On time, accurate receiving, put away, pickingand fulfilling of customer orders. The Team Managerhas the full responsibility of their teams/departments/shift.This includes leading their teams in ensuringthe daily, weekly and monthly planning of their departments.Implement strategies to ensure successfulattainment of the teams/department/shift and FC goals. Primary Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned withinparameters of qualifications)
+ Oversee and develop management staff to understand andexecute positive associate relations.
+ Develop associates? skills, standards and morale
+ Ensure associates are properly trained and evaluatedto encourage performance improvements
+ Ensure excellent communication and teamwork amongstaff
+ Establish and drive developmental programs for allassociates to ensure our Staples Values are embedded in everything we do.
+ Create and execute exceptional IDP?s for entire stafffollowed up by clearly written performance appraisals and objectives.
+ Facilitate and coordinate Town Hall meetings withlarge groups of associates that encourage two way communications.
+ Outstanding project ownership and execution as well aschallenging the process to ensure projects will deliver the expectedresults.
+ Manage all functional areas to ensure that properreceiving, storage and shipment of merchandise are completed efficientlyand accurately for all customer orders.
+ Advise, manage and support strategic plans, policies,procedures and budgets for the operation.
+ Manage, evaluate and report on production, systems,quality assurance, transportation and performance as they relate to FCoperations.
+ Develop and achieve performance goals and objectives
+ Meet budget, performance and accuracy goals
+ Prepare timely and thorough written reviews for alldirect reports
+ Consistently administer Company policies
+ Complete all required reports accurately and on atimely basis
+ Ensure excellent communication and teamwork amongstaff
+ Create, manage and support recognition andcommunication programs
+ Represent the FC in a positive, professional manner
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic:

+ Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration orrelated field or equivalent experience
+ Five years of management / supervisory experience
+ Must be able to speak and communicate effectively
+ Must be able to read, write and understand technicalreports and correspondence
+ Employee must be able to review, analyze, perform anddevelop written and/or oral instruction
+ Must have a high level of customer service skills toestablish relationships with vendors and internal customers
+ Must be organized, self-motivated, efficient, punctualand detail oriented with a strong desire to lead and motivate people
+ Must have strong analytical and process improvementskills and be PC proficient
Preferred:
+ Master?s degree a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
