We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls - Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing - Manage incoming and outgoing mail - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with scheduling appointments and deliveries - Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Skills:
