Responsibilities:
Provide support for office communications by answering calls, responding to inquiries, taking messages, and assisting customers with their needs Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information Resolve office-related issues and promptly respond to requests Build and maintain positive relationships with crews and auditors Perform receptionist duties as required Help to organize and maintain common areas of the office Requirements and Skills:
Minimum of a High School Diploma Proven experience as an office assistant of at least 1.
5 years Be able to work 9-5 Monday-Friday Knowledge of Google Workspace and Windows Ability to write clearly and speak clearly Great organizational and time management skills Ability to make informed decisions independently Knowledge and skills to cover for the office manager in their absence
