As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Perform general secretarial duties, including answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and handling mail.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and maintain calendars for team members.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and proper organization.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
Provide support in organizing company events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing logistics.
Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing expense reports, invoices, and petty cash management.
Act as a liaison between employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar support role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using office software (e.

, MS Office Suite) and other relevant tools (e.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
