We seek a skilled, caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in an active role in a dynamic interdisciplinary team and will have their voice heard.
They will oversee medical care; maintain electronic medical records; prepare medical reports; make medical appointments; prepare staff for med appointments; advocate on behalf of individuals regarding medical appointments and other clinical functions and support our direct care staff.
Full-time position, working days Monday - Friday with some flexibility in hours.
Local travel required with mileage reimbursement provided.
Position currently located in Pawling and Poughquag, NY ( subject to change based on the needs of the program).
Qualifications:
Valid NYS practical nursing license and driver's license required.
Previous nursing experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
